Pastor Dennis Chapman pastored Calvary Baptist Church for 37 years before the Lord took him home on February 22, 2021. Pastor Chapman was dedicated to shepherding our church and made sure that his preaching and guidance was directly from the Word of God. He loved to fly, surf, and spend time with his family. He also loved the work of the Lord and spent countless hours in ministry.  In all of his years in ministry, he did not compromise his position on the KJV Bible, his beliefs, his standards or values to go along with today's popular opinion. God truly used him to guide Calvary Baptist Church and to lead many, many souls to Christ.
